We are looking for a skilled Foreman specialized in finishes for high-rise buildings, construction projects, and villas to oversee the completion of all finishing tasks within the set timeline and budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Job Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the work of painters, carpenters, plasterers, and other finishing professionals on-site.
- Ensure that all finishing work meets the specified quality standards and is completed according to the project schedule.
- Monitor and manage the use of materials and resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with the project manager to address any issues that may arise and provide solutions to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any defects or deviations from the plans and take corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior finishing staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Proven experience as a Foreman in finishes for high-rise buildings, construction projects, and villas.
- In-depth knowledge of construction finishes, materials, techniques, and processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of finishing professionals.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and willingness to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- MOFA attested diploma in related field is required.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of finishes materials, techniques, and processes.
- Experience in supervising and coordinating construction finishes projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to finishes work.
