Accountable for consistently meeting plant objectives in terms of safety, production, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.

What you’ll be doing:

• Safety/environmental performance: Hold responsibility in carrying out all needed Safety and environment guidelines.
• Responsible for the operation of Forklift at the Plasterboard production, Jointing compound, and Profile production.
• Ensure zero defects while transporting finished goods to Logistic warehouse.
• Contribute and execute Autonomous Maintenance at Forklift, Dryer End station via Tcon software and Weekly Checklist.
• Fully trained and possess a license to operate the Forklift. Contribute to support for Underlayer cutting, Support board preparation, Boards refeeding at Bundler station, Sorting of Finished Goods at Sorting area, Waste Management.
• Contribute to CI culture which includes Root Cause analysis for Defects and downtimes.
• Additional responsibilities as delegated.

• Minimum 3 Years’ Experience as Forklift Driver
• Education qualification: Diploma
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Fully Understanding the Forklift Equipment
• Awareness of Forklift checklists and watch outs
• Good math and computer application proficiency (MS Office)

Physical demands in need:

• Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).
• Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
