About The Role
We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Founder's Office Associate to directly support our founding team. This role requires someone who can think strategically while executing meticulously on day-to-day operations- a strategic generalist who can hit the ground running across various teams and build relationships across the company to lead mission-critical, cross-functional efforts that adapt to meet the business demands and drive company priorities forward.

About The Role
We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Founder's Office Associate to directly support our founding team. This role requires someone who can think strategically while executing meticulously on day-to-day operations- a strategic generalist who can hit the ground running across various teams and build relationships across the company to lead mission-critical, cross-functional efforts that adapt to meet the business demands and drive company priorities forward.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the Founders to lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional projects that are critical to Alaan’s growth and strategic direction.
- Conduct deep analysis and market research to inform company-wide decisions- bringing clarity, data, and long-term thinking to complex business problems.
- Manage the coordination, communication, and progress tracking of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, eliminating bottlenecks, and driving execution to outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted extension of the Founders, seamlessly stepping into various parts of the business- from operations to product to partnerships- to support priority initiatives with agility and care.
- Be the go-to generalist and problem-solver, with a hands-on mindset and a passion for learning, navigating ambiguity, and unlocking leverage for the leadership team.

- 2- 4 years of experience in analytical, strategy-focused roles such as management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills- you know how to build trust, navigate complexity, and drive alignment across teams.
- A ownership mindset with the ability to independently identify challenges, propose thoughtful solutions, and follow through on execution without constant guidance.
- Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, high-ambiguity environment- able to distinguish between problems to escalate and those to own and resolve directly.
- Skilled at bringing structure to chaos: you can organize complex projects using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and Asana, and are confident working with data in SQL, Metabase, or Excel.
- A curious and first-principles thinker who takes full ownership of outcomes and thrives on tackling unfamiliar problems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard for discretion and confidentiality.
- Adaptable and resilient- you stay calm and effective even when the path forward isn’t clearly defined.
- Play a key role in building the Middle East’s most loved fintech brand from the ground up
