We’re looking for a Founding Brand Leader who is obsessed with breaking out of the noise. Someone who thinks like a hacker, creates like a filmmaker, and knows how to make a company impossible to ignore.

What We Need
- Cracking Twitter & LinkedIn to drive thought leadership and demand
- Shooting + editing video in-house (fast, raw, scroll-stopping)
- Campaigns that are bold, memorable, and a little uncomfortable
- Zero tolerance for “safe” brand marketing
- CozmoX AI (YC W22) is building the category of AI Employees—voice-first, agentic AI for BFSI and beyond
- $1M+ ARR in ~12 weeks, now expanding globally with enterprises in GCC, US, UK
- Backed by top investors, raising our Series A shortly
- Founders hands-on, scrappy, and pushing toward trillion-dollar category creation
