Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha is looking for a driven and well-connected Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue-generating initiatives and build strong corporate and group relationships. Perfectly located along the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha offers guests a seamless blend of modern hospitality and unbeatable access to the best of Dubai. Your day to day
Working as a Senior Sales Manager, you will maintain Holiday Inn's brand service style and behavior; you will ensure the day-to-day sales activities leads to a fruitful relationship with our partners with the support of the Director of Sales & Marketing. You'll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We're seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

Your day to day
Working as a Senior Sales Manager, you will maintain Holiday Inn's brand service style and behavior; you will ensure the day-to-day sales activities leads to a fruitful relationship with our partners with the support of the Director of Sales & Marketing. You'll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We're seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Proactively develop and manage client relationships to maximize revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to align strategies.
- Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and client entertainment activities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Proven sales experience in hospitality, preferably at a managerial level.
- Preferably with IHG brand experience.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
