Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha is looking for a nurturing and business-savvy Spa Manager to lead our spa team, curate relaxing guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of tranquility and rejuvenation. Your day to day

Working as a Spa Manager, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining Holiday Inn's brand service style and behavior; you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Spa. You'll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We're seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities.
• Lead and motivate spa therapists and attendants to deliver outstanding service.
• Develop innovative spa treatments, packages, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, inventories, and ensure profitability of the spa.
• Build strong relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
  
  

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Previous leadership experience in spa and wellness management.
• Preferably with IHG brand experience.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, trends, and wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
