About the Client

Our client is one of the fastest-growing firms providing recruitment and staffing services to clients representing a variety of medical and non-medical industries. Currently, their staffing verticals include placing qualified professionals from their Healthcare, Administrative, Information Technology, Construction/General Labor, and Mortgage/Call Center divisions.

Why does this role exist?

To strengthen the proposal writing team for increased contract bids across various industries To bring specialized knowledge of RFP processes and requirements for both government and private sector clients.

The Impact you’ll make

  • Develop Proposals
    • Analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals) from various clients
    • Utilize provided templates for proposal creation
    • Focus on data entry, reading, and summarizing proposals
    • Write compelling, compliant proposals adhering to client-specific guidelines
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information

  • Manage Proposal Process
    • Set up and manage templates using DocuSign
    • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation
    • Track proposal status and manage timelines

  • Research and Strategy
    • Conduct research on potential clients and their needs across various industries
    • Analyze competitor strategies and past performance data

  • Quality Control
    • Review and edit proposals for clarity, consistency, and compliance
    • Ensure all graphics, charts, and attachments meet client standards
Measure of Success:

  • Proposal win rate across different industries
  • Accuracy in data entry and proposal summarization
  • Timely submission of high-quality proposals

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

Hard Requirements:

  • Proposal writing experience
  • Recruitment experience is a huge plus
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is nice to have
  • Proficiency in DocuSign and data entry
  • Strong summarization and analytical skills
  • Can commit to a freelance position: 20 hours per week
  • Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM MST, Monday to Friday
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least an Intel i3 core processor
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
