Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception & Office Administration: Manage reception duties and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Sales Administration Support: Assist the sales administration team in handling increased workloads efficiently.
  • Safety Officer Support: Provide documentation and compliance support to the Safety Officer.
  • Communication Management: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and general correspondence.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive toward developing a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge, Education, And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP, Coupa, or MRP systems is a strong asset.
  • Any combination of education and experience enabling the achievement of the outlined objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic and ability to manage diverse tasks effectively.
