As Front Office Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:

  • Take responsibility of all Shangri-La Circle members and VIP guests
  • Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience
  • Provide help and assistance to all guests
  • Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
  • Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Loves interacting with guests and customers
  • Communicates with fluency in English and proficiency in basic Mandarin is required
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
  • Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic salary: AED 2,000/per month

Average service charge: AED 1,000/per month

Language allowance: AED 250/per month

Accommodation: Company Provided (2-sharing in a 3BR apartment)

Other benefits: Meals provided in Colleague Restaurant

Transportation Provided

Medical insurance and visa provided

Air ticket once every 2 years
