What You Will Be Doing

• Transform Concepts into Reality: Own the full development lifecycle—from clarifying requirements and designing scalable architectures to implementing both frontend and backend components, conducting thorough testing, and deploying production-ready features
• Become the Bug Whisperer: Dive deep into technical issues, conduct methodical root cause analysis, implement comprehensive solutions (not quick fixes), and develop strategic testing approaches to prevent future occurrences
• Champion Code Excellence: Provide thoughtful reviews of technical plans and code submissions, ensuring solutions are elegant, maintainable, and technically sound—effectively preventing technical debt before it accumulates

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
