Grow-Talent.com is working with an award winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Full Stack QA to join their team.

Position: Full Stack QA

Location: Remote/ GMT +4 timezone (+- 1 HR)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of automation solutions
  • Successfully manage daily tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios
  • Develop comprehensive release test plans, including smoke, regression, and acceptance tests
  • Conduct smoke, regression, and acceptance testing to ensure quality
  • Perform sanity testing on fixed issues to verify resolution
  • Execute both manual and automated testing, with an emphasis on automation
  • Apply test design techniques to create effective and comprehensive test coverage while avoiding redundancy
  • Write automated tests for APIs and UI using established frameworks
  • Create clear and concise test documentation and instructions
  • Generate test result reports and investigate identified issues
  • Contribute to code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
  • Mentor team members to support their growth and development


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/Fluency in English (B2-C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a QA Fullstack role, with at least 3 years in a Senior QA Fullstack position
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in TypeScript/JavaScript automation across various applications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java-based automation testing
  • Strong expertise in testing methodologies, strategies, and best practices, with a deep understanding of test case design
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of REST APIs
  • Proven experience in developing automation tests for both UI and API layers
  • Solid experience with Playwright for automated testing
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with TestNG and Maven
  • Extensive experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker
