Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, test, and monitor asphalt thickness, levels, density, and alignment during paving operations.
  • Operate and maintain gauges and measuring tools to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Record measurements and prepare daily reports for quality assurance.
  • Assist engineers and supervisors in monitoring asphalt laying activities.
  • Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed on-site.
  • Report any discrepancies, defects, or quality issues to the site engineer or project manager.


Requirements:

Minimum 35 years of experience as a Gauge Man in road construction / asphalt projects.

  • Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, compaction methods, and quality control standards.
  • Familiarity with road construction equipment and project site procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Must be available in UAE and ready to join immediately.


Preferred:

  • Previous experience with civil and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
