General Accountant

Job Description

• Make annual/quarterly/monthly business plan.
• Participate in planning hotel expenses.
• Cash flow/working capital management.
• Provide information on tax payment plans and bank loans.
• Manage the value of tools, equipment and office supplies.
• Organize guidance on implementation and inspection of recording, calculation, accurate, honest, timely and complete reflection of all assets and financial economic activities.
• Check and compare the accuracy of all original documents and daily accounting documents.
• Fixed assets management (tangible and intangible, software, technological processes…)
• Review and reconcile bank sub-ledger. Review and reconcile taxes.
• Monthly monitor tax accounting status, conduct VAT reporting.
• Quarterly carry out procedures to declare quarterly reports as required by tax laws.
• Annually make tax settlement report according to law.
• Prepare tax payment status reports when requested by management levels.

Job Experience

• Graduated from College majoring in Finance, Accounting, Auditing
• Have at least 02 years of experience working in the position of general accountant
• General knowledge of accounting and finance
• Understanding of accounting laws, accounting standards, and relevant tax laws.
• Knowledge of business administration and human resource management.
• Understand the company’s field of operation.
• Time management skills: plan your own work shifts and organize work effectively.
• Work management skills: work independently and responsibly, proactively report work and urgent issues.
