General Accountant

Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in managing the clinic’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and maintaining compliance with local financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions on a regular basis.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process payroll, tax filings, and VAT submissions as per UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for compliance matters.
• Support internal financial audits and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Manage cash flow and oversee financial transactions for operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
