We are seeking General Counsel, who is a qualified lawyer with significant experience of private equity transactions. The role is based in the UAE.

What the job involves
We are seeking General Counsel, who is a qualified lawyer with significant experience of private equity transactions. The role is based in the UAE.
- Lead the legal team and represent the team and the company to the highest standard
- Able to represent the company's legal interests in an assertive, constructive way
- Play a key role in M&A, contracts, possible litigation
- Able to drive growth initiatives from a legal perspective in tandem with the business and the board
- Able to provide support on specific projects, and manage external counsel as required
- A qualified lawyer with experience from law firms or as General Counsel of equivalent in-house
- Experience from within fast growth companies
- Knowledge of the Middle East is a plus. Arabic language is not a requirement
