Delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and snag free. Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives. Operate and promote safe working on site. Equipment and materials management.

Delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and snag free. Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives. Operate and promote safe working on site. Equipment and materials management.
Job Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on site.
- Schedule and supervise construction workers.
- Communicate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Enforce safety regulations and monitor compliance with all relevant codes.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
