We are seeking an experienced Generalist Consultant (Manager & AD) to join our high-performing consulting team. This opportunity is perfect for professionals with a strong analytical mindset, strategic problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work across multiple industries. As a consultant, you will partner with mid to senior executives to address complex business challenges and drive impactful change.

The Generalist Consultant (Manager & AD) plays a crucial role in advising and supporting clients across engagements within the ADQ portfolio. This role partners with clients to identify underperforming areas, develop strategic turnaround plans, and implement effective solutions to achieve sustainable growth, drive organizational efficiency, and improve financial performance.



Key Responsibilitie

  • sSupport project teams in delivering strategic solutions across a range of industries, including but not limited to, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Mobility, FMCG, Public Sector, etc
  • .Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, industry trends, and growth opportunities
  • .Develop innovative strategies and actionable recommendations to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve long-term business objectives
  • .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution
  • .Present findings and strategic insights to senior management and client stakeholders
  • .Craft in-depth data analyses to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation
  • .Prepare high quality presentations/proposals for clients including visually compelling documents, reports, and charts
  • .Assist project team with client relationship development, client need identification and proposal preparatio
  • nPromote high standards of service delivery and support team members to achieve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

.Required Experience and Qualifications

  • :2-3 years of experience in management or strategy at a top-tier consulting firm
  • .Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a top-tier university (MBA or relevant advanced degrees preferred)
  • .Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical and quantitative focu
  • sDemonstrated expertise in building client relationships and generating business growt
  • hOutstanding leadership abilities, including experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environmen
  • tAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to influence decision-makers
  • .Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal growth, with a focus on fostering innovation within team
  • sFluency in English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential
