Geriatric Medicine Doctor

Your expertise will be critical in implementing preventative measures and developing personalized treatment plans to improve our clients' overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of elderly patients to diagnose and treat medical conditions
• Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing care for patients with chronic conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families about preventative measures, medication management, and lifestyle modifications
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in geriatric medicine and share your knowledge with colleagues and healthcare staff

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license and registration with the medical board
• Post-graduate training in geriatric medicine
