A Snapshot of Your Day
As a seasoned team leader in gas insulated switchgear and power transformers, you will oversee the daily operations across multiple sites, managing site service workers, supervisors, and commissioning engineers. Your role involves supporting the Head of Site Operations by monitoring site activities, managing risks and claims, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met throughout the commissioning process.

Your role involves supporting the Head of Site Operations by monitoring site activities, managing risks and claims, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met throughout the commissioning process.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead and manage daily operations for installation and commissioning (ITC) activities across several sites.
- Facilitate efficient communication and people management for timely task deliveries.
- Report ITC progress and status updates to the project team and conduct review meetings with management.
- Engage with customers and on-site stakeholders regarding ITC topics.
- Plan and develop site logistics for commissioning and construction, coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Supervise and lead a team, ensuring adherence to EHS requirements and managing non-conformance reporting (NCR).
- Bachelor’s Degree in an electrical discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in installation and commissioning of GIS and power transformers, particularly in high voltage.
- Experience leading multiple on-site crews and supervising ITC processes.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and EHS standards on construction sites.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to network, negotiate, and influence effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office for effective documentation and reporting, with availability to travel as required
