In our quest to revolutionize the world’s infrastructure, we are seeking a Global Product Manager for our Services Tech Unit within our SI Building Business Unit.

Location: This position can be based in Zug, Switzerland, or at any of our major Siemens Smart Infrastructure locations within the EU, UK, USA, or the Middle East

Prerequisite is, in any case, your legal eligibility to work in the respective country and there will not be the need to relocate. An engaged and multinational team will be happy to introduce you in our environment

The Role

In this role, you will lead the digital transformation of Smart Infrastructure Building Services at Siemens, focusing on digitalization and service optimization. You’ll define customer-centric products, manage roadmaps, and prioritize backlogs based on market and user insights. As the voice of the customer, you’ll drive seamless service experiences and collaborate globally to shape strategy and execution

You will report to the Head of Product – Digital Customer Experience, collaborate with strategic portfolio teams, and engage with stakeholders and adjacent tools across our global portfolio to unlock business potential

Your New Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership as a Global Product Manager for our digital customer experience products and enablers - such as the B2B self-service portal, digital service logbook, and other digital tools shaping the future of Building Services
  • Define and communicate the product vision, shaping short- and long-term roadmaps based on customer needs, business strategy, and market opportunities
  • Lead product development in a fast-paced agile environment, delivering continuous and incremental value to our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating their expectations into solutions that drive a seamless, digital-first service experience
  • Collect and consolidate requirements from global and regional stakeholders, benchmark continuously against market trends and evolving customer needs
  • Align with other product teams and portfolio owners to ensure integration and consistency across the broader Siemens digital ecosystem
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle - from strategy and roadmap to launch, rollout, and continuous improvement
  • Use data and KPIs to monitor product performance, inform decision-making, and identify optimization opportunities

Your Talents And Experience

  • We are looking for a forward-thinking, open-minded, proactive, hands-on, and solution-focused team player with a proven track record in Product Management and a strong drive for value creation and innovation
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong capacity to navigate complex challenges. You must also be highly tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technology to drive solutions
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Business degree is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with exposure to international IT or digital transformation projects
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience in Building Technologies (e.g., Fire Safety, Automation, Security) is a strong advantage
  • A strong digital mindset with a passion for innovation and user-centred design
  • Solid understanding of core technologies, with a high-level grasp of solution architecture principles
  • A process-oriented mindset and working knowledge of agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or XP
  • Ability to define and articulate product features, epics, and user stories clearly and effectively
  • Proactive and adaptable, always ready to pivot and support where the business needs you most and able to work independently, with a strong focus on outcomes and a structured approach to delivery
  • Skilled at leading without formal authority and influencing across global, cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English
