Education & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a typist or document processing role within PRO or Government Relations teams in UAE.
- Experience in preparing official documents in both Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with government documentation processes, including pension registration and cancellation.
- Experience in processing requests in UAE government portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA/ICA, Tasheel, ADPF, GPSSA, etc.
- High typing proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Strong written communication skills in both languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple documentation tasks under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized, discreet, proactive, and responsible
