The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented GPS Tracking Officer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing GPS tracking systems, ensuring vehicle safety and security for our automotive fleet. Your expertise will help optimize vehicle routes, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to excellent customer service by providing real-time tracking information. Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage the GPS tracking systems for the automotive fleet. - Analyze vehicle tracking data to optimize routes and improve efficiency. - Provide real-time updates and tracking information to customers and internal teams. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics and vehicle deployment. - Investigate any discrepancies or alarms reported by the GPS tracking systems. - Generate and present detailed reports on vehicle movement, efficiency, and security incidents. - Maintain and update GPS equipment and software as necessary. - Train staff and drivers on proper use of GPS tracking technology.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. - Proven experience in GPS tracking systems or fleet management is highly desirable. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. - Familiarity with automotive technologies and logistics principles. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
