Graduate Business Development Partner - Specialist Services (Emirati National)

WSP is seeking a motivated UAE national graduate to join our team as a Business Development Partner for Specialist Services. The successful candidate will support our business development scope by understanding RFPs, preparing GNG documents, and pulling bids content together.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in presentation development (a graphic design background is a plus), excellent communication skills, and a passion for business and client development.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify key requirements and opportunities.
• Prepare GNG (Go/No-Go) documents to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather and compile bid content, ensuring all necessary information is included and presented effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.
• Create compelling, visually engaging presentations and client-facing materials
• Support strategic initiatives and business development efforts
• Collaborate closely with the Client Lead to challenge ideas and push boundaries
• Build commercial acumen through hands-on experience and structured training
  
  
  

Qualifications

• UAE national graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.); design skills preferred
• Previous experience in business development or a related field is a plus.
