WSP Middle East is looking for a Graduate Design Engineer to join our forward-thinking Building Technology Systems (BTS) team in Dubai/Sharjah and onsite projects. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that’s shaping the future of building technology in the region.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Work alongside experienced engineers and industry experts who will guide and mentor you as you grow in your role.
• Keep yourself informed of the latest project management methodologies, technologies, and best practices in building technology to ensure our projects are at the forefront of the industry.
• Take an active role in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while collaborating on the development of project proposals and client presentations.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery that exceeds client expectations.
• Participate in project meetings, and strategic discussions, gaining practical experience that will set you apart in your career.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including schedules, plans and reports, while honing your skills in project management software and tools.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic or Telecommunications to join our Building Technology Systems team or a related field with a strong interest in managing technology-driven projects.
• Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Previous internships or work experience in project management or building technology is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles, including timeline management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to organize and manage multiple project components.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire to contribute to high-impact projects.
