Graduate Engineer - Facade (Emirati National)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Emirati national to join our team as a Graduate Facade Engineer. Based in our Dubai and Sharjah offices, this is an exciting opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to develop technical and professional skills in the specialist field of facade engineering. You will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of high-profile projects across the Middle East, gaining hands-on experience in design, analysis, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of innovative facade systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Perform structural and thermal analysis of facade elements using relevant software tools.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure facade design integration.
• Attend project meetings and site inspections under guidance of senior engineers.
• Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency goals within facade designs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development as part of the graduate program.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or academic projects in facade or building design are a plus).
• Strong interest in facade design, architecture, and construction technology.
• Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to work in both Dubai and Sharjah as needed.
