WSP Middle East are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer with a focus on façade engineering to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, UAE.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Design and Analysis: Assist in the design and analysis of façade systems, ensuring they meet structural, aesthetic, and environmental requirements.
• Technical Support: Support senior engineers in preparing technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, including architects and other engineers, to ensure seamless integration of façade systems into overall building designs.
• Site Inspections: Conduct site visits in Sharjah to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest façade technologies and materials, and contribute to research and innovation initiatives within the team.
• Client Interaction: Assist in client meetings and presentations, helping to communicate design concepts and solutions effectively.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience in façade engineering or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of façade systems, materials, and technologies.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Language: Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
