As part of the programme you will also have the opportunity to rotate through different divisions

across the business including Permanent Structures, Construction Engineering, Geotechnical, Civil

and Infrastructure, and develop a diverse skill base.It will be your responsibility to take advantage of every new opportunity to learn from, and challenge the team.

Applicants should be in their penultimate or Masters Year of a Bachelor in Structural/ Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, or equivalent.

It is also desirable that you have had previous work experience or internship in the construction and engineering industry.

We are looking for graduates with a flexible working approach and self-motivated attitude, people with a team-focus and ability to interact with a wide variety of people at all levels.
