Job Description
Delivery of projects within budgets and timelines that enable the business to go to market on schedule.
Delivery of projects within budgets and timelines that enable the business to go to market on schedule.
- Prepare BRD and write user stories along with business stakeholders.
- Tracking Initiatives on JIRA dashboards
- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports on the projects.
- Execute projects end-to-end including all multifunctional interfaces with other business units (like Channels) and support units (like RCC, CLC).
- Ensure compliance with the following: Adherence to SDLC and AGILE Process.
- Prepare BRD and write user stories along with business stakeholders.
- Tracking Initiatives on JIRA dashboards
- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports on the projects.
- Execute projects end-to-end including all multifunctional interfaces with other business units (like Channels) and support units.
- Ensure compliance with the following: Adherence to SDLC and AGILE Process (Requirement gathering & finalization, Functional Specification & DOU review, process flow mapping, testing, implementation)
- Detailed Project Planning
- Stakeholder communication
- Meeting & Co-ordination
- Documentation
- Support Handover planning
- Introduce and follow project management best practices
- Ensure adherence to the bank standard project management guidelines
- Guide and recommend product design implementation with Product Owner, and in partnership with solution architect
