As a Graduate Work Winning Coordinator, you will support the business development and bid management teams in preparing and submitting competitive bids and proposals. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong organizational and communication skills, looking to start a career in business development within the construction or engineering industry.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and gather relevant information for bid submissions.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure all aspects of the bid are covered.
• Maintain organized records of all bid-related documents and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates on bid progress.
• Provide general administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• A genuine interest in the construction or engineering industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
