GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of design projects, creating visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 2-5 years of design experience looking to build their portfolio and grow their career in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design visual assets: Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, advertisements, and website graphics.
• Collaborate with the design team: Work closely with senior designers and marketing teams to execute creative ideas and support ongoing design projects.
• Assist with brand consistency: Ensure that designs align with the company’s visual identity and maintain consistency across all channels and platforms.
• Prepare files for print and digital formats: Ensure designs are optimized for both print and web, including resizing, file conversion, and resolution adjustments.
• Support content creation: Create engaging graphics for social media, emails, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Maintain a design library: Organize and maintain a collection of graphic design files, templates, and assets for easy access by the team.
• Receive and incorporate feedback: Be open to feedback and revisions from senior designers, ensuring that final designs meet the project requirements.
• Keep up with design trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (internships, freelance, or previous job experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of both print and digital design requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the field of design.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with web design or UI/UX design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience in creating designs for social media platforms.
• Knowledge of 3D design or illustration is a plus.
