Role: Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer plays a vital role within the brand marketing team, responsible for the creation, adaptation, and delivery of high-quality visual content across multiple markets. This role focuses on point-of-sale (POS) material development and adaptation for eight countries, ensuring consistency across threshold variations while aligning with host brand guidelines and tailoring content to the MENA region.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage repetitive design tasks with consistency and accuracy. The designer will also oversee in-store video content delivery in collaboration with the designated agency and support social media content creation based on marketing team requirements. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and adapt POS materials for eight regional markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all threshold variations.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of in-store video content, coordinating with the agency responsible for uploading content to store systems.
- Support the marketing team with social media content creation, ensuring visuals are engaging, brand-aligned, and regionally relevant.
- Translate and localize content into Arabic, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of visual quality and precision across all deliverables, especially in repetitive design tasks.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and visual merchandising (VM) teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to host brand guidelines while being effectively adapted for the MENA market.
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 Years proven experience in graphic design, preferably within a retail or brand environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
