Summary
Eptalex is seeking a Group Operations Director to oversee the implementation of firm-wide initiatives and ensure operational excellence across our international offices. This is a senior execution role (COO-level) responsible for aligning and coordinating all internal operations, marketing, training, technology, and administrative functions across the group.

Prerequisites
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in operations or business management (legal/professional services preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Experience working with multi-office, international structures
- Familiarity with legal marketing, HR, technology tools, and compliance
- Based in Beirut or Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the firm’s strategy and KPIs as set by the Board
- Oversee group-wide marketing, directory submissions, and communications
- Coordinate global events, webinars, and branding efforts
- Standardize HR policies and training programs across all offices
- Manage the development and rollout of a practice management/ERP system
- Maintain databases for clients, partners, and conflict checks
- Support RFPs, client pitches, and business development coordination
- Submit monthly reports and oversee external service providers
