Role Summary and Impact
A Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging, high-quality social media content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the intended audience. This role involves hands-on production—capturing, editing, and publishing visual and video assets across platforms—while also staying closely tuned into social trends, formats, and behaviors. The Content Creator brings ideas to life quickly and natively, ensuring content feels timely, relevant, and platform-appropriate.
They typically own or manage their own equipment, including cameras, lighting, allowing them to operate autonomously and deliver social first execution

- Enhances brand visibility by producing trend-driven, platform-native content.
- Increases engagement and reach by capturing moments in real time and riding cultural or viral trends.
- Supports agile marketing with the ability to produce and publish quickly.
- Reduces production overhead by handling both shooting and editing in-house.
- Keeps the brand relevant by tapping into what’s trending, ensuring content feels fresh and in touch with audience behavior.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content development within an advertising agency or production house.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content pieces.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
