As a Growth Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Talentsburg’s user base of talented professionals and forward-thinking companies. You’ll develop and execute innovative growth strategies to attract users, foster engagement, and establish Talentsburg as the go-to platform for AI-driven hiring solutions.
Responsibilities
- User Acquisition: Devise and implement strategies to attract more talents and hiring companies to the platform.
- Market Research: Identify trends, target markets, and opportunities for growth in the recruitment and talent marketplace.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Build strategic relationships with organizations, institutions, and influencers to promote Talentsburg.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive engagement.
- Product Growth: Work with the product team to identify features and improvements that enhance user experience and retention.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze growth metrics, user behaviors, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Community Engagement: Foster a thriving community of professionals and recruiters by driving meaningful interactions on the platform.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or a similar role (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and platforms.
- Excellent communication and networking skills to forge partnerships and collaborations.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools to measure and optimize campaigns.
- Creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions for user acquisition and engagement.
- Passion for recruitment, HR tech, or career advancement solutions is a plus.
