We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including; individual traders, High-frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and execute growth campaigns for existing VIP clients including but not limited to lifecycle campaign, product launch campaign, client profile, and trading competition.
  • Help to develop campaign content for all VIP related campaigns including cross BU campaigns.
  • Analyze clients’ user journey and experience to raise product requirements and optimize the customer journey.
  • Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.
  • Plan user growth strategies including but not limited to event, campaign, and other marketing activities to achieve user growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth through data analysis.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth or related fields in a business which is trading platform or similar.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms or similar products.
  • Strong understanding of trading customer behavior and segmentation, and is able to identify growth opportunities based on the target customer base.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to help decision making.
  • Strong planning, execution, and summary skills to carry out growth projects with a focus on results.
  • Strong communication skills and is able to facilitate and motivate client managers.
  • Understanding of Binance Products and Services, or similar exchange products is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies and trends is a plus.
