This role falls under our X- Dubai umbrella and is responsible for facilitating the customer’s experience at X Dubai’s attraction or facility. this position will reflect X Dubai’s brand in a face to face interation with customers and guests.

Please note that this role is at Kite Beach.

  • Section in charge - Birthday Party
  • To assist in the daily opening and closing procedures of the facility.
  • To coordinate with clients and the Xpark café for all food catering requests and inquiries.
  • To act as the main point of contact during parties, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience while addressing issues.
  • To conduct or assist in forest school activities and provide guidance to children during outdoor learning.
  • To manage birthday party inquiries and bookings, coordinating with customers and updating schedules.
  • To organize and prepare party activities, prioritizing safety and enjoyment.
  • To organize and prepare party areas, decorations, and necessary supplies based on client requirements.
  • To oversee party and arts & craft inventory, placing orders and conducting regular checks.
  • To assist in the upkeeping of the facility.
  • To supervise activities and children within the park.
  • To assist and collaborate with the team on events and projects.
  • To perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.


Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.


Experience

  • Previous 3 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
