About the Job:

• Warmly welcome and seat guests in a high-volume, dynamic pool/beachside environment.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to optimize seating capacity.
• Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and reception area.
• Assist with general inquiries and direct guests to relevant facilities as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

• Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak)
• Expert in food quality and presentation skills
• Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity
• Team Player with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• 1 year of experience in a range of kitchen areas; ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
