What will I be doing?
- Promptly deliver guest requests such as amenities, linens, and special items, ensuring exceptional service in line with LXR and Hilton brand standards.
- Support both Housekeeping and Front Office by coordinating and communicating guest needs efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of guest amenities, ensuring items are clean, well-presented, and readily available.
- Assist with special room setups or guest preferences, paying close attention to detail and personalization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service and storage areas.
- Represent The Mangroves Abu Dhabi with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong guest-focused attitude.
- A positive, service-driven mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous hotel or customer-service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Flexibility to work shifts and support a dynamic pre-opening environment.
