About The Role

The Guest Service Agent oversees the lobby and arrival/departure experience of Four Seasons Abu Dhabi Residences.

What You Will Do

• Provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds residents’ expectations.
• Escort arriving residents and their guests to their room, handling their luggage with care and efficiency and assisting with all requests.
• Store and retrieve residents luggage and belongings, answer telephones, deliver messages, packages, flowers, etc. to their apartments; run errands for residents and the concierge staff.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the lobby, at the Concierge Desk, the front entrance and the luggage storage areas.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Residences and Residences Manager.
  
  

What You Bring

• A minimum of at least 1+ years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of Residential
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
