About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Executive to join Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and welcoming experience.
Process guest payments and billing inquiries, managing cash and credit transactions securely.
Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Assist with reservation changes, cancellations, and confirmations in accordance with hotel policies.
Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally, using a solutions-oriented approach and escalating when necessary.
Promote hotel services and amenities, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience through effective upselling.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum two years’ experience in hospitality or guest service-related work
Highschool diploma or general education in Business Administration preferred
Strong Customer service orientation and ownership
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking is essential); proficiency in additional languages such as Russian, German, French, or Arabic is preferred
