Synopsis

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
• Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Handle requests for information and data.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
