Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for Admin Assistant to be an integral part of our team. What You’ll Do

• Process, verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications and employee leaves of absence.
• Explain company personnel policies, benefits and procedures to employees or job applicants
• Assist in the coordination of employee onboarding and orientation
• Examine employee files to answer inquires and provide information for personnel actions.
• Answer questions regarding examination, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information
• Process and review employment applicants to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants
• Update the required daily reports on daily basis
• Handle the insurance issuance / deletion and coordinate with the insurance company
• Prepare the job offer and track their mobilization status
• Issue and validate all kind of certificates such as salary certificate, experience certificate, termination certificate etc.
• Handle the tickets issuance and provide quotations
• WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Experience: 3+ Years' UAE Experience in HR
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Nationality: Indian
