海外战略服务大客户专员

岗位职责

  1. 开发建立和维护大客户关系，增加客户粘性；促进铁三角联动，统筹管理大客户期望
  2. 协调总部和区域资源，保证大客户项目问题的优先响应与处理
  3. 协同战略大客户销售团队进行战略大客户及其大项目的公关、运作
  4. 制定战略大客户服务销售策略，优化战略大客户服务
  5. 深挖战略大客户需求，制定有针对性的服务一体化解决方案
  6. 竞争市场信息收集，提供有竞争性、差异化的服务报价
  7. 配合战略大客户销售团队，从服务层面去营销，去公关客户，保证项目的落地


职位要求

  1. 本科及以上学历；市场营销、能源动力、电力电气、项目管理等相关专业
  2. 3年以上工作经验；有海外工作/留学经验优先
  3. 具备良好的组织能力，跨部门协调能力和沟通能力以及极强的执行力
  4. 具备流利的英语交流能力，精通阿拉伯语优先
  5. 能适应长期海外出差（中东非、中亚为主），并能够承受较强的工作压力
