Job Description

How does your working day look like …

• Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
• Develop signature drinks and unique bar offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends, new ingredients, and techniques.
• Demonstrate exceptional mixology skills, preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all drinks, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Anticipate guest preferences and make recommendations based on their tastes.
• Oversee the bar setup, cleanliness, and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as the kitchen and management, to ensure smooth service flow and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events, themed nights, and seasonal promotions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and high standards for quality.
• Familiarity with bar software and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
