Head Hospitality & Ground Transportation

The role of Head of Ground Transportation Operations, Business Development, and Revenue Management provides strategic direction and oversight for the Car Parking and Ground Transportation team. This includes managing landside ground transportation commercial operations, leading business development initiatives, and driving revenue management for associated service categories. The role also focuses on developing new products and services, monitoring costs, and maximizing the Airport’s EBITDA through effective operational and financial management.

• Develop and implement strategic ground transportation plans in collaboration with stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and objectives.
• Create and manage category strategies to enhance service offerings while maximizing commercial returns for the airport.
• Manage transportation contracts, ensuring compliance and revenue optimization through effective negotiation.
• Oversee financial management, payments, performance bonds, and customer accounts, including bad debts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service standards, consumer feedback, pricing, and research.
• Introduce modern technology solutions (e.g., payment systems, consumer apps, data analytics) to improve operational performance.
• Manage in-house and outsourced teams, ensuring adherence to policies and efficient resource utilization.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies and products/services to meet revenue targets.
• Oversee parking facility expansions, ensuring effective cost management and ROI.
• Manage car hire concessions and ride-sharing operations to maximize revenues and enhance customer experience.
• Improve transportation forecourt management and intercity transportation revenues.
• Identify revenue opportunities and address service gaps to align with AD Airports’ ACI targets.
• Implement project management programs for transportation services and act as the SME for related capital projects.
• Develop cost-effective and compliant policies for car park and ground transportation operations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and stay updated on emerging industry trends and innovations.
• Ensure high-level communication with stakeholders and oversee customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to implement sustainability initiatives and deliver electric vehicle solutions for AD Airports.

• Strong understanding of ground transportation industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
• Knowledge of sustainable transportation practices.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in parking management, transportation operations, and facilities management.
• Demonstrated experience in revenue and commercial management, managing large teams, and handling commercial contracts.
