Head Hostess

 We are looking for an experienced and professional Head Hostess to lead our front-of-house team in Dubai. As the Head Hostess, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service from the moment they arrive. You will manage reservations, supervise the hosting team, and create a pleasant and organized dining environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
• Supervise and train hostess staff, ensuring they follow service standards
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism
• Collaborate with the restaurant management and service team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and dining areas
• Assist with promotional events and guest engagement activities when necessary
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or Head Hostess in a fine-dining or high-end restaurant
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and busy environments with grace
• Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic or French are a plus)
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
