Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years leveraging digital analytics to drive tangible business and marketing outcomes in B2C environments.
• 2+ years experience with A/B testing tools and hypothesis development focused on website optimization.
• Knowledge of data engineering and marketing technology stack integration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for sophisticated data analysis.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring high-performing analytics teams.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and upper management with insights backed by robust data analysis.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with sleep, wellness, or direct-to-consumer e-commerce products.
• Background with server-side tracking implementations and cookie-less measurement solutions.
• Experience scaling analytics functions in high-growth international environments.
