Position Overview

As the Head of Capacity Revenue Management, you will be responsible for optimizing cargo routes, scheduling, and pricing to maximize revenue and ensure efficient capacity management. Key Responsibilities:

• Route Optimization: Identify profitable routes based on demand, competition, cargo types, and costs.
• Scheduling: Develop optimal flight schedules by analyzing demand, capacity, and market trends.
• Frequency Management: Adjust flight frequencies to meet demand and avoid over or undersupply.
• Dynamic Pricing: Implement flexible pricing strategies based on booking time, cargo type, and market conditions to maximize revenue.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with sales agents, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with sales targets.
• Capacity Monitoring: Monitor and assess inbound and outbound flight capacity, overseeing allotments and overbooking limits.
• Capacity Allocation: Manage cargo distribution based on available space, destination, carrier availability, and delivery timelines.

• Extensive experience in capacity revenue management or a related role within air cargo.
• Strong understanding of route optimization, dynamic pricing, and market analysis.
