Head of Creative in our office in Dubai
As the Head of Creative, you will be a hands-on creative leader with creative agency DNA – bringing powerful storytelling, beautiful design and commercial impact to everything we do.
This is a rare opportunity to move from servicing brands to shaping one. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (design, copy, motion and content creators) to deliver work that cuts through – from big brand campaigns to fast-run digital performance creatives.
You will work side by side with the Head of Brand on strategic positioning and identity, and with the Head of Marketing on commercial and growth objectives – ensuring every campaign delivers both creative excellence and measurable commercial results.
Responsibilities
Creative Leadership and Vision
- Set and articulate the creative vision for the brand, ensuring every output reflects Equiti’s ambition, integrity, and innovation.
- Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team across design, copywriting, and motion, cultivating a high-performance creative culture grounded in curiosity, craft, and accountability.
- Champion integrated thinking, connecting brand storytelling with performance objectives across digital, social, OOH, video, and partnerships.
- Elevate creative standards, pushing for bold ideas and world-class execution that stand out across the fintech and super app space.
- Translate strategy into concept, ensuring all creative work aligns with brand architecture, target audience insights, and business priorities.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, partnering with marketing, brand, product, and media teams to ensure unified, impactful campaign execution.
Project & Production Management
- Own the end-to-end creative workflow — from ideation and briefing through concept, production, delivery, and post-campaign review.
- Establish clear creative processes and governance to ensure high-quality output, on-time delivery, and efficient resourcing across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Manage creative resourcing across markets and workstreams — balancing in-house capabilities with external partners, freelancers, and production agencies.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and approvals, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with commercial priorities.
- Collaborate with production and media partners to bring creative ideas to life — across film, photography, design, and digital executions.
- Implement structured review and feedback systems, driving clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement in how creative work is developed and delivered.
- Champion operational excellence, ensuring creative output scales effectively as the business grows globally.
Campaign Development & Integration
- Lead creative development for global brand campaigns, launches, and integrated marketing programs.
- Collaborate with performance teams to develop test-and-learn creative frameworks, optimizing content for acquisition and retention.
- Oversee the creative consistency of the brand experience across all digital and offline channels — from paid campaigns to CRM and UX touchpoints.
- Drive innovation in creative formats, storytelling, and production methods to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and emotionally engaging.
- Establish performance and quality metrics to assess and optimise creative output and workflows.
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, ideally within top-tier creative agencies or hybrid agency–brand roles.
- A proven record of delivering standout, multi-channel campaigns that balance creative excellence with business results.
- Deep experience leading creative and production processes across film, digital, content, and design.
- Skilled at building and managing creative teams and developing operational structures for scalable delivery.
- A confident communicator and collaborator, able to inspire stakeholders and articulate creative thinking with clarity and conviction.
- Strategic yet hands-on — equally comfortable crafting big ideas and managing their detailed execution.
- Passionate about fintech, innovation, and redefining how creativity drives commercial growth.
