Head of Data Analytics & Operations Reporting Health

The Head of Health Data Analytics & Operations Reporting at Allianz Partners Health will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data operations. This position is primarily focused on enhancing our data reporting capabilities while laying the groundwork for future analytics growth. You will lead a global team of data professionals, driving excellence in data reporting and ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the Health business. To achieve this, you will work closely with the Regional Head of Operations and other Operations functional leaders.

You will report to the Global Head of Operations - Health and will be a member of the Health Operations Global Leadership team.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Data Reporting Leadership: Oversee the design, development, and execution of comprehensive data reporting strategies to support operational decision-making across all Health functions globally.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Regional Head of Operations and other functional leaders to ensure data outputs meet strategic needs and deliver maximum benefit.
• Vision and Strategy: Develop a long-term vision for the team, focusing on enhancing data reporting capabilities while preparing for future analytics expansion.
• Team Development: Promote a high-performance culture by coaching and developing team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills for data reporting excellence.
• Change Advocacy: Act as a catalyst for change, driving improvements in data processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
• Data Governance: Implement and monitor a consistent global Data Governance framework, ensuring all data points and reports are available through the group data repository, Celonis.
• Management Reporting: Provide timely and accurate management reporting to ensure operations functions have the tools needed to demonstrate performance in line with the operating plan.
  
  

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/ experience:

Professional Experience

• Educational Background: Minimum of a third-level degree, with a Master's preferred.
• Professional Experience: At least five years of relevant commercial experience, including leading a complex, technical department. Experience in data reporting is essential, with a focus on business intelligence.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, including identifying and developing talent, engaging employees, and holding teams accountable for their results.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to various audiences, including senior executives.
• Strategic Orientation: Ability to apply a long-term, big-picture perspective that supports innovation and focuses on changes that add value to the business.
• Change Management: Experience in driving change and innovation within data functions, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Experience: While experience of the medical insurance market would be an advantage, neither is it a prerequisite. Of most importance is data skillset and prior experience of leading a diverse data reporting function.
